Guest Bio: Elaine Espinola Keltz is a Loudoun County wife, a mother and businesswoman. Elaine is Speaker, a Spokesperson, a TV Show Host and Mrs. DC America 2015. During her reign, Elaine was recognized by The Washington Business Journal as "People on the Move" 2015 and through Leesburg Today, a "40 Under 40" award recognizing Loudoun's rising business and community leaders. Elaine finished in the semi-finals, Top 15, at the Mrs. America pageant in Las Vegas, Nevada in September 2015. Elaine continues to support women in small business and is an active community leader in Northern Virginia.
